WEEKLY UPDATE

The girls in their matching PJ's

Chef Caroline!

The girls are doing great this week. Caroline had her 2 year wellness doctor appointment today and she is great. She weighs 28lbs and is 35 1/2 inches long - 50-75% for weight and 75-90% for height. She was not happy with the shot they gave her in her arm and kept saying "go" because she wanted to get the heck out of there.
Gabriella's face is getting a little better. I'm washing it daily with Aveno and it seems to be drying up and hopefully she will have her beautiful skin again soon. Here is a pic of the girls the other morning in their matching PJ's and you can see her red face. Poor baby. Caroline points to her face and says "bobo red". She is very concerned about Gabby's red face. We keep kissing it and telling her that Gabby is okay.
While Junior and I were cooking dinner the other night our little chef decided to make dinner too - this is how we found her after too many moments of quiet in the living room. She was very serious about what she was doing but we had to laugh at the get up that she managed to put on. Oh, the fun when they want to dress themselves. She loves playing in her kitchen and loves the chef hat and oven mitts that her cousin Bo gave her for Christmas.
I am looking forward to Mother's Day this weekend and spending the day with my family and my little girls. Mom will hang out with us for the day. I plan to go to church in the morning and then we will all go to the Wildlife Zoo here in town - we haven't been there yet and have been wanting to check it out. It will just be nice to be with my mom and my girls that day. Poor Junior - another day surrounded by females. Actually, he loves it and he puts up with a lot. He is a saint!
Happy Mother's Day to all the mother's out there.
Love,
Gretchen

Gretchen,
We love seeing all of your photos! Your family is so beautiful. It would be so fun to see Kaleb and Caroline together. They would give us all a run for our money being busy little toddlers! Enjoy your day. Love to you...
