4,3,2,1 and we're off

4 days until we are on our way. I couldn't sleep last night and I'm sure that will be the norm this week. I am so excited! Amy and I are both ready. Dad had us all over for dinner last night before we left. It was fun. A lot of last minute things to do this week which will keep me busy then to the airport at 6am on Friday morning - our flight leaves at 8:30am.

Look for new pictures soon. We get there at 1am on Sunday morning and have that day to sleep and relax. We go to the orphange first thing on Monday morning and Caroline is with me til that day forward. I can't wait to see her and give her big kisses.

Probably won't post again before we leave. Hoping there are no issues with my computer when we get there.

12 Days and Counting

Twelve days before we leave. I can't believe how quickly it is here. As of this weekend - the 15th - Caroline is legally my daughter. My court date had been August 15th and 30 days after the court date all things are legal. What an amazing feeling! Now just 12 days before I am on my way to bring her home. Her suitcase if packed - mine on the other hand is empty. Lots to do in the next 12 days.
